    Worried about a child?

    If you are worried about the safety of a child

    If you think a child or young person is at IMMEDIATE risk, you should treat this as an emergency and call 999 to report your concerns to the Police. If you think a child is being abused or neglected please contact the MASH. You can contact the MASH during office hours on the details below.

    When you contact the MASH please give as much information as possible about the child you are concerned about. This will help the MASH decide the best way to respond to your concern. The information you give will be kept confidential. You can remain anonymous but it is helpful if you can give your name and details.

    Please follow hot weather guidance, this is put in place where temperatures are in excess of 25 degrees.

    Sun Cream (Factor 50) applied before the start of school
    Hats on (please name the hat clearly)
    Sunglasses on (please name clearly)
    Children may wear school uniform (no ties and top button undone
    Shirts can remain untucked
    No jumpers
    Freeze water bottles to remain cool for most of the day
    Take water out to break and lunch play (please name the bottle clearly)
    Significantly reduced physical activity at play and lunch time avoiding prolonged running games.
