ChatHealth is a secure and confidential text messaging service for young people. It allows individuals to easily and anonymously get in touch with a healthcare professional for advice and support on things such as anxiety, stress and self-harm. Ordinarily the service is open to 11-19 year olds but, during the Covid-19 pandemic only, it has been opened up to 5-19 year olds. Click on the ChatHealth icon below to start a chat.
