Must homework is essential to complete each and every week.

Homework is provided in three tiers - each child will only receive the tier that is appropriate to them. Generic wording is included below for information only, it may change over time. Also, each child's assigned tier may change over time, for example, if they improve their maths level, therefore, it is essential that each child opens their assignment to check if there is a different message each week - it also helps us know who has opened the assignments each week.

100 Square - to help with Numbots
Multiplication Square - to help with TT Rock Stars

TIER 1

Log in to Numbots and play Story Mode.  See if you can achieve 3 stars on the games that you play – you’ll need to be quick to do this!  If you get stuck, the hundred square in your book may help you.  Try to play for 5-10 minutes per day, up to 5 days a week.  The log in for Numbots is the same as TT Rock Stars. Numbots Link.

Tier 2

Please practise your Times Tables on TT Rockstars - Garage (improve accuracy) for 5 to 10 minutes every day.  The times tables on here have been chosen for you by your teacher - for most people these will be the 1s, 2s, 5s and 10s - but this will change during the school year as you start to master more facts.  You can use a multiplication square to help you on this.  There is a multiplication square in the homework that was sent home in your pink books in September.  If you're not sure how to use a multiplication square to help you, please ask your teacher to show you.  Good luck on trying to make it into this week's Top 10s!  TT Rockstars Link

Tier 3

Please practise your Times Tables on TT Rockstars - Studio (improve speed) for 5 to 10 minutes every day.  You should only use Studio when you are confident on most of your times tables up to 12 X 12.  Playing Studio gives you the chance to earn a Rock Star, Rock Legend and Rock Hero badge.   TT Rockstars Link
