If you are feeling suicidal or in crisis, the best thing to do is talk.  Speak to someone you can trust or a service which can offer you support.  If you think that someone you know is suicidal – ask them.

NHS Apps Library

The uncertainty and isolation that the current situation has brought can impact on our emotional well being. Without being able to turn to our normal means of support, increasing numbers of people are turning to apps to support their mental health. Many are now offering this service free of charge. Since 2015, more than 2,500 mental wellness apps have been launched. This can make it hard to know where to start! Thankfully our wonderful NHS has put together a comprehensive list of options that have been tested against a range of NHS standards. You can filter by area of interest and price (free/paid).

Whilst these apps can be very useful, they should not be considered a replacement for seeking medical advice if you are concerned.
