Open Event Preparation
The table below is organised into three sections. The first section provides the details of the invitation to all parents to join our autumn open evening event. The second section includes a family guide to our open evening. The third and final section shares the most recent open evening presentation led by the head teacher.
Open Event invitation LetterThis letter was circulated to all parents with children in Year 2 at Springfield and Lyndhurst Infant Schools. It sets out the broad arrangements for the open event 2023 - Wednesday 8th November. It also provides the link to the online form for parents to register interests and share any questions, queries or concerns ahead of the open event for us to respond to or clarify. Finally, the letter provides the key details for the West Sussex Junior School admissions process.

Registering Parent Interest
We look forward to welcoming parents and children on Wednesday 10th November. To help us tailor the welcome presentation and give you all of the information you need ahead of the transition process, please complete the form below.
We have set out the opportunity for families to ask or share up to three adult questions, queries or concerns. In addition, there is space to add up to three child led questions, queries or concerns. We will then create a booklet for adult questions, queries and concerns we have answered and one for children (this will need to be read in partnership with their parents).
