ONLY USE THIS ADMISSION FORM IF YOUR CHILD IS CUrrently in Y2 and you are seeking a place for the start of Year 3
The Chesswood Junior School admission form is at the base of this page - it must be completed by Friday 20th May for a child to be included in the class building process.
Before opening the Chesswood Junior School form to complete the admissions process it is important to read both the school brochure and the Home-School agreement. There are questions within the admission form that seek parent confirmation that both have been read, understood both and support the expectations within the Home-School agreement. Every parent involved in the learning and life of their child at Chesswood Junior School is expected read both documents.

There are a small number of areas where it is important either for statutory reasons or good practice reasons that school seeks permission from parents for certain aspects of school life. The areas described below are those we currently seek parental permission for when a pupil is enrolled at Chesswood Junior School.
